For weight above 5 kg (overseas) pls contact us at: admin@klickagift.com for further detail. We ship worldwide & welcome orders from international customers. All customers are responsible for the taxes and duties imposed by their respective countries.
All products will be shipped within 3-4 days from the date we receive your payment. In the event there is delay to the shipment, we will revert to you via email with the new delivery date. Please allow approximately 10 to 15 days for delivery.Please allow a few extra days for handmade jewellery, baby sling, hippy set, sleepslack and creative stuff. Should u need the purchased item urgently, please make a note of the date it must reach u. We will try to accommodate on that and if it is not possible we will revert to u. Please note that KLICKaGIFT is not liable for any shipping delay due to the fault of the shipping companies e.g strikes and unforeseen circumstances.
Please take note that for item that had magnet on them will be only restricted to delivery within Penisular Malaysia. Item involved as follows: LeapFrog:(i)Fridge farm magnetic set, (ii)Fridge Phonic magnetic set, Creative stuff:(i)Mould & Paint Fridge Magnet.
Any claims brought against the respective courier agent used with respect to loss or damaged consignment must be made in writing attention to the respective agent and c.c a copy to KLICKaGIFT to follow up, in writing within 48 hrs and for loss consignment notification must be made within 21 days from the day when the documents or goods should reach the destination. We need your assistance by notifying us immediately especially if you received damaged goods with reference to above, due to the courier negligence. Only then would we be able to proceed to submit the necessecary complaint.
We will send an electronic acknowledgement to the customer within 24 hours upon successful submission of the electronic order. If items ordered are unavailable, a message will be sent to the customer for further action. Since many computer monitors vary, actual colours of the items offered for sale may be a little different from what you see on these pages.
